Macaroons

Sadly our oven doesn't work at the moment but at soon as we get a new one i just have to make these delicious saffron pumpkin macaroons.Saffron Shells
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 7/8 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of saffron
  • 1/4 cup water



Cream Cheese Pumpkin filling
2 0z of cream cheese
2 oz can pumpkin
1/8 tsp of cloves


Preheat oven to 300 degrees bake for 17 minutes or until light golden brown, let macaroons cool then add filling
